Day of Appointment:
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. If If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations
Since all appointments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all appointments using a Credit Card. In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the entire treatment.

Returns & Adjustments
If you wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have one week to call for an appointment to do so. Product returns are for store credit only and must be unused when returned.
